1. General Provisions
This document regulates the conditions for the return and use of the right of withdrawal for products purchased from the website www.obiadosolea.business.
All sales transactions are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
2. Right of Withdrawal
2.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw without any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
2.2. The withdrawal period starts on the day the goods are delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer.

3. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
According to Distance Sales Regulation Article 15/1 (ğ), the right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:
- Food products (such as olive oil, dietary supplements, edible products) whose packaging has been opened, damaged, or are unsuitable for resale due to hygienic reasons,
- Products that are perishable or likely to expire quickly,
- Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene once their packaging is opened after delivery.
Therefore, olive oil and other food products belonging to the Obiado’s Olea brand are not subject to the right of withdrawal once their packaging is opened.
4. Return Conditions
4.1. For return requests within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product’s packaging, label, content, accessories, and invoice must be returned completely.
4.2. The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
4.3. The shipping cost for products returned under the right of withdrawal is covered by the Seller.
4.4. Once the product reaches the Seller, the return process is approved and the refund process is initiated.
5. Refund of Payment
5.1. The product price is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from the time the returned product reaches the Seller, using the method of payment used by the Buyer.
5.2. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.
5.3. In promotional or discounted sales, the refund is made based on the discounted amount.
6. Return of Defective Products
6.1. In case of damage, leakage, incorrect product delivery, or manufacturing defect upon delivery, the Buyer must notify 2 (two) days within [email protected] with a photo and explanation of delivery.
6.2. If the product is found defective, a replacement is sent free of charge or a refund is made.
6.3. If damage occurs during the shipping process, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to have a report prepared by the courier and not accept delivery.
7. Return Process
Return procedures are carried out according to the following steps:

- After delivery to the courier, the return review process begins.
- After product approval, the refund is made within 14 days.
8. Returns for International Orders
8.1. The right of withdrawal and return conditions for orders sent abroad may vary depending on the customs and logistics regulations of the relevant country.
8.2. In international returns, the cost of product shipment is borne by the Buyer.
8.3. Returns are not accepted if the packaging of products in the food category has been opened.
