1. Toplama / Hasat
Zeytinler uygun olgunluk seviyesinde özenle hasat edilir ve kaliteyi korumak için hasardan korunur.
2. Kasalar Halinde Sıkıma Götürme
Toplanan zeytinler havalandırmalı kasalara yerleştirilerek en kısa sürede tesise taşınır.
3. Zeytinlerin Dallarından Ayrılması
Modern sistemlerle yaprak, dal ve yabancı maddeler zeytinlerden hassas şekilde ayıklanır.
4. Yıkama
Zeytinler soğuk ve temiz su ile detaylı şekilde yıkanarak toz, toprak ve kalıntılardan arındırılır.
5. Kırma / Hamur
Zeytinler çekirdeği ile birlikte ezilerek homojen pasta kıvamında bir hamur haline getirilir.
6. Malaksör / Yoğurma
Zeytin hamuru yavaşça karıştırılarak yağ damlacıklarının birleşmesi sağlanır.
7. Dekantör / Prinadan Ayrıma
Yüksek devirli santrifüj sistemi ile zeytin hamurundan katı prina kısmı hassasça ayrıştırılır.
8. Seperatör / Yağ Ayırma
Dikey santrifüj sistemi ile zeytinyağı, su ve diğer sıvılardan tamamen ayrıştırılarak saflaştırılır.
9. Filtreleme
Zeytinyağı özel filtre sistemlerinden geçirilerek tortu ve küçük partiküller tamamen uzaklaştırılır.
10. Bağımsız Analizler
Akredite laboratuvarlarda asitlik, peroksit ve diğer kalite parametreleri ölçülerek test edilir.
11. Dolum / Markalama
Sertifikalı zeytinyağı hijyenik koşullarda şişelenerek tüketime hazır hale getirilir.
12. Nakliye / Depolama
Ürünler uygun sıcaklık ve ışık koşullarında depolanarak güvenli şekilde sevkiyata hazırlanır.
