3. Delivery and Performance

3.1. Product(s) will be shipped within 5 (five) business days depending on stock availability.
3.2. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer through our contracted shipping company.
3.3. If the Buyer is not present at the address during delivery, the product will be delivered using the information note left by the shipping company.
3.4. Delivery time may be extended in cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, war, transportation obstacles, pandemic, etc.).

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of product delivery without providing any reason.
4.2. Withdrawal notice must be sent via email to [email protected].
4.3. The product must be returned to the Seller within the withdrawal period, and the payment will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
4.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

  • Opened products that are unhygienic or food items (olive oil and similar).
  • Expired products or products customized for individuals.

5. Return Conditions

5.1. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent complete with original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice.
5.2. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller when the right of withdrawal is valid.
5.3. Returns will not be accepted if the product packaging has been opened, used, or lost its resalability.

6. Complaints and Resolution

In case of disputes, Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
Consumers can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence.

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

8. Validity
