2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose qualities and sales price are specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from {{site_adi}} address.

3. Delivery

3.1. The product(s) will be sent to the Buyer’s delivery address at {{teslimat_adres_1}} {{teslimat_adres_2}}, {{teslimat_sehir}} / {{teslimat_ulke}}.
3.2. The delivery time is a maximum of 5 (five) business days, depending on stock availability and cargo intensity.
3.3. Delivery is made by the Seller through the contracted cargo company.
3.4. If the product packaging is damaged during cargo delivery, the Buyer must have a report taken by the cargo officer.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product without giving any reason.
4.2. For the use of the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made via e-mail to [email protected].
4.3. The product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused, and its packaging and contents must be intact.
4.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products (e.g., olive oil and similar) if the packaging has been opened, tasted, or consumed (Remote Contracts Regulation art.15/ğ).
4.5. In returns made within the period of the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is paid by the Seller.

5. Refund of Payment

5.1. Within 14 days following the Seller’s receipt of the product returned under the right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer using the payment method used by the Buyer.
5.2. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment provider.

6. Product Delivery and Warranty

6.1. The Seller is obliged to deliver the product subject to the order completely, without defects, and in accordance with the legislation.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for user-caused damage that occurs after delivery.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

8. Disputes

In case of disputes, Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
Buyers with consumer status may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court in their place of residence.

9. Enforcement

This agreement has entered into force by being approved electronically on {{bugunun_tarihi}} date.
The Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood this agreement and accepts all the conditions.
