Delivery and Performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Product(s) will be shipped within <strong>5 (five)<\/strong> business days depending on stock availability.<br \/>3.2. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer through our contracted shipping company.<br \/>3.3. If the Buyer is not present at the address during delivery, the product will be delivered using the information note left by the shipping company.<br \/>3.4. Delivery time may be extended in cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, war, transportation obstacles, pandemic, etc.).   <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within <strong>14 (fourteen)<\/strong> days from the date of product delivery without providing any reason.<br \/>4.2. Withdrawal notice must be sent via email to <a href=\"mailto:info@obiadosolea.business\">info@obiadosolea.business<\/a>.<br \/>4.3. The product must be returned to the Seller within the withdrawal period, and the payment will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.<br \/>4.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opened products that are unhygienic or food items (olive oil and similar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expired products or products customized for individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Return Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent complete with original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice.<br \/>5.2. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller when the right of withdrawal is valid.<br \/>5.3. Returns will not be accepted if the product packaging has been opened, used, or lost its resalability.  <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
