Purpose<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy has been prepared to regulate the processes of securely storing personal data processed by Obiado&#8217;s Olea in accordance with <strong>Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (&#8220;KVKK&#8221;)<\/strong> and related legislation, and deleting, destroying or anonymizing them through appropriate methods when the processing purpose ceases or the legal period expires.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Scope<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy covers the personal data of all natural persons associated with Obiado&#8217;s Olea, including customers, visitors, suppliers, business partners and job applicants.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Definitions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deletion:<\/strong> Making personal data inaccessible and irretrievable for relevant users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Destruction:<\/strong> Physical or digital destruction of personal data in a way that cannot be recovered in any way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anonymization:<\/strong> Making data unable to be associated with identifiable persons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Retention Principles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal data is stored only for the necessary period and limited to processing purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has ceased is included in the periodic disposal plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical and administrative security measures are applied during storage operations (encryption, access restriction, backup).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data is accessible only by authorized personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Disposal Methods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.1. Deletion Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When user accounts are closed, personal data in the system is made inaccessible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data deleted from servers is systematically removed from backups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data in cloud systems is permanently deleted through relevant service provider interfaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.2. Destruction Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Documents in physical media are destroyed through <strong>paper shredders<\/strong> or <strong>secure disposal companies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital data is destroyed through <strong>irreversible overwriting<\/strong> or <strong>magnetic erasure (degaussing)<\/strong> methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.3. Anonymization<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data to be used for statistical or analytical purposes is anonymized by making it unidentifiable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Periodic Disposal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obiado&#8217;s Olea conducts the periodic disposal process <strong>at least twice a year<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymized during these periods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposal operations are recorded and documented with a &#8220;Data Disposal Report&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Rights and Requests<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data subjects have the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learning whether their personal data is being processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requesting correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requesting deletion or destruction when the processing purpose ceases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests can be submitted in writing or by email to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@obiadosolea.business\">info@obiadosolea.business<\/a><\/strong>. Applications are responded to within <strong>30 days<\/strong> in accordance with KVKK Article 13. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10.
